I think it’s like being lost…
Sometimes I’ll spend hours on a mobile game and it will keep my attention and then all of a sudden I’ll be like “why am I doing this” - it’s not real it’s just something on my cellphone that I’m mindlessly doing. I think denarration is similar but the idea of “what and why am I doing this?” Applies to life.
Things start losing value. I’m not sure haha I’m trying to bring myself back from this feeling. I think I’m going to try to work on myself. Like maybe I’m missing spirituality. My path was one where I valued career, money, retirement- whatever. I still value those things but they can be taken away. When they are taken away what are you left with? I should always be stuck at the basics like have an income that takes care of necessities, take care of my kids, try to enjoy life- but I got ahead of myself.
I think some people get to think and plan for the future for me I don’t think so. I don’t know? Maybe take it day by day

You need to realize a few things. First, there is no grand scheme or plan. We're here by chance. Second, were all gonna die, guaranteed. Keeping those things in mind, you don't owe anything to anyone, so do what makes you happy in the moment. There are hundreds of things you have no control over, so don't focus on them, it's gonna be what it's gonna be. For the things you can control, plan them out, and give yourself time to relax between getting those things you can control done. The point of life is to enjoy yourself, nothing more.
