i just saw a twitter post saying cut penors dont get much pre-cum due to lost sensitivity

after reading that it checks out based on the porn ive watched over the decades. a lot of anteater penors will leak pre-cum even when a sloot just softly touches it but a cut penor wont leak even from throat dwerping
