I floss at least ten to fifteen times a day. Dead fucking srs.

Dentist trying to make my gums bleed on on inpsection day lol.

Brush 2x a day and floss once a day. Also have a dental kit that I use every couple months.

Brush and floss 1x per day before bed. Used to brush 2x per day and cutting back made 0 difference at my dental cleanings. I do usually rinse with mouthwash when I first get up. Not sure if it does anything, but I like how my mouth feels cleaner.
