Mayor Mamdani's map of NYC immigrant neighborhoods sparks outrage for ignoring Little Italy

NYC Mayor Mamdani released an official map of immigrant neighborhoods in New York City and somehow managed to include Little Palestine, Little Yemen, Little Senegal and Little Egypt but left out Little Italy entirely. The neighborhood that has been there since the 1800s and helped build the city.

Italians can just wipe the grease off their forehead and not be loud as fuck, and no one would know they're Italian. Just saying.

Those Italians havent been immigrants for over a century, they are full blown an american group by now. They could be a part of a cultural, herritage, even ethnic map but you cant call them immigrants anymore.
