Honestly I want mcgregor to make another comeback attempt

Last night was just bullshit. I mean he should cool it down with those spinning ninja kicks anyway his previous injuries should have encouraged him to do less of that shit.
He should
Fight chandler in 4-6 months

Hes had two fights 5 years apart and both were stopped by the ref because he broke his legs.

his body is done for. last time around in his early 30s maybe he could have recovered, he went off the UFC testing program, took at ton of PEDs to heal his bone faster.... then spent 5 years on a coke and alcohol binge.

now hes late 30s and its over for him.

And as to your last suggestion, fight in 4-6 months, i havent read yet what is wrong with his knee, what he torn ect but he could barely even walk on it....... so hes probably out for a year

Torn ACl. He still has a fight on his contract left.

Let’s be honest it would
Be best for him, if he has nothing to work towards like a fight against I say he spirals again. Judging by Dana post interview he didn’t come right out and say but I think Dana thinks he might be able to squeeze yet another large payday out of Connor

Let’s be honest that was bullshit

He’s gonna be out for a year minimum and highly doubt Dana is gonna put him on a main event again. Bro just needs to retire, he’s done fighting

Dana will do whatever will pay. And I can garuntee mcgregor will still be able to draw in another large pay day yet

Like I said above, you say he should retire, in his case I don’t think he should, from a body stand point, he should, but this is about his mental state and not spiraling and having no goals bc if he don’t train I bet he will be dead withen 5 years

The thing with these guys, and there are a lot like them, Tyson Fury is one. Ricky Hatton is another, yes they need another fight to look forward to and to motivate them or they fall apart on booze, drugs, weight gain.... but fighting into their older age just pushes back the inevitable, its a temporary problem, he is going to have to retire eventually and hes going to have to find a way to quit all that bullshit.

I dont think he had any chance against max holloway here, did you see how quick and energetic he was bouncing off the cage ect warming up, i had anticipated his reflexes/speed/timing/cardio to be able to overwhelm Mcgreggor and any minor advantage from size would be lost.

I dont really know who Dana is going to match him against but i think with 1 fight left on the contract and connor approaching 40 i think dana will just throw him to whomever will sell the most regardless of his chances anymore, let him go out on a mauling if it takes the most money in, if he can even get to the fight without getting injured, his body is broken

Someone asked me who i was rooting for yesterday and it was almost an odd question or the wrong question, because i was just so convinced that the outcome was inevitable, i mean its not 2014 connor anymore that is long gone, the guy is shot, i didnt have anyone to "root for" more like a logical expectation of who would win, in fact i think he is so shot that even if he somehow pulled it off this fight that would be his last ever meaningful win and he isnt "back" because he gets wrecked next time, he has spent 5 years on a binge, it is what it is

Maybe so but it beats dying earlier I guess.

Dana has no issue putting in old fighters if it’s a big pay, look at Randy cotour he was like 48 when he put him up against brock fucking lesnar of all people

yes dana is pretty cold and i think he secretly is tired of Connor's antics and wants to get this contract closed out and will milk him for as much as hes worth.

he shouldnt really even been fighting holloway after a 5 year lay off, they should have found a softer touch for the comeback but holloway makes the most money

These

They exploit the fighters, they exploit the consoomers…

Everyone who participates is getting a shitty deal but it feels good so they go along with it.

Bread and circus.

I acknowledge and respect Connor’s amazing ability, the dude is fucked in the head.

I was already out of the scene by the time McGregor hit the scene. It's a brutal sport that cycles through people. Just one KO or kamura away from never being the same
