I've read marriages ending at the drop of the hat.

Not a doom and gloom post, but it makes you think. Married for 19 years. Man think things is going good, he takes wife on dinners, trips, etc. Our day He has to use her phone and boom, he's eating alone. One guy I read, his wife has a 7 year affair...

Just brutal. And that's not even discussing the finances.

I like the concept of marriage but can you really trust someone to not change over a 10+ year time frame??

My old folks been married for almost 49 years. My grandparents marriage ended with grandads death after 58 years of marriage. I have fairly distant relatives who are into their 61st year of marriage.

Mirin that level of commitment. Til death us do part, it seems.

On the other hand, I have a second cousin who is on his third marriage. His sister divorced after single digit years and never remarried. My other granddad married 3 times during his life.

You have a 2018 join date and are still fat and haven't started lifting.

Maybe work on that before you worry about getting girls.

Maybe work on getting a girl before you worry about marriage and divorce.
Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.

A couple I knew as highschool through college sweethearts, married for 6 years and the wife discovers the husband has been having affair(s) right after their son was born

A good friend of mine is now going through his second divorce because he got cheated on RIGHT when his wife got full custody of her daughter from her previous marriage, he joked that he'd wish she found a better way to celebrate

I still believe in romance, but it's brutal out there
Have fun and be yourself :-)

Trashy people have some sort of sense of entitlement about having affairs on the side like they don't mean anything or don't matter.

You'd be amazed how many people have affairs and partners either never find out, or more commonly they sort of know but don't care because they don't want to get divorced. If you get committed to the wrong person, it's basically guaranteed to happen.

In today's society, people are disposable.
