Eat super lean, fucklaods of colored veggies (so not corn or potatoes or plain lettuce, veggies NEED color)
So my next blood panel in a few months should be way lower, too.
Cut out the booze. Thats probably the biggest factor.
@Pats2022SBwin And these liver tests are after I've been taking kratom steady for years now. All those fake news stories about kratom causing liver damage are 100% bullshit (the people's liver damage is form other things, NOT the kratom).

Oh, and at the end I put a tablespoon of ACACIA powder (aka gum arabic) and also a tablespoon of psyllium husk powder (NOT the orange flavor, pure unflavored one) which helps with gut health. My doctor recommended I add the acacia fiber to my diet, as I was only taking psyllium prior.
So its a thick green SLOP. But evidently is ultra fucking healthy. Just google Joe Rogan Kale Shake, and then try and make it healthier, with like tomatoes, cucumber, ginger, garlic (your breath WILL stink) and whatever other greens like celery kale, spinach, mix it up.
Sometimes you don't even need TP, you get ghost shits... no-wipers... Because the fiber is insane.
But stop eating fast food, no more little Caesars pizzas, no mcdonalds or taco bell. Maybe once every other month I'll eat that slop

If you drink over 2 beers at once you’re considered an alcoholic, so ya . I typically drink once every 6 weeks, but I’m considered a bing drinker, and like to put back 15 in an evening ,which apparently is the worse thing for your liver and pancreas .
Not really into having a couple beers on a Friday night tbh . But unfortunately I got into the hard stuff on my Bday and put the last nail in the coffin of my pancreas, so my drinking tour is over dead srs

Lol, I like to get drunk 1-2x per week, but honestly that second time makes me not want to drink again for at least 3-4 days. Just because I consume anywhere from 12-20 drinks in each session doesn't make me an alcoholic.
