he was adopted as a newborn. What incredible luck he ended up 6'7 280 lbs with better hand eye coordination than anyone in the world

I think one of his parents was mixed themselves. So one of these combos:

Black/Asian parent + a White parent
Black/White parent + an Asian parent
White/Asian parent + a Black parent


I think he's a mix of all 3 though is what I'm saying. How the combo breaks down I'm less certain. Taking a stab at the rest of it... dad was likely at least 6'2'' and mom probably in the 5'10'' range
