“Government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.” yes and no, i only partially agree only because the governments of the world are corrupt and I see no solution The premise of the quote that just less government wills solve many problems at this point I dont think that helps anymore either, technology has been used to consolidate power. the largest companies of the world dont even bother to compete on price to the consumer anymore they are all price fixing and the ability for them to determine the highest prices consumers will pay is better than ever before. Nothing short of a complete collapse and reboot is going to really solve this

Yes, during my aggressive calorie deficits, I’ve spent significant time below 2000 kcal. When I still had a fair bit of weight to lose, I got as far down as 1600 or 1700 kcal for weeks at a time.

On this most recent cut, I was right around 2000 kcal for a month or so.
