410 LB Smith Machine Bench Press for 2 reps with a bounce at 6'0 and 236 LBS. Natural muscle. No steroids or anything ever.

Ran out of time. So this was just the warmup. Was going to go alot higher than this that day. Just did this last week.

Keeping it simple without going into all of the correlations and equations.... Meaning there's alot to add and alot to take away.. That somewhat work themselves out a bit. Negatives and positives. Add ins and subtractions... ETC.. So just keeping it simple and calling it the 410 for 2.

Such as the bouncing bar, elbows out which makes it tougher, wearing just a Fruit of the Loom tank top, etc.... That go against this and make it tougher.
Just the elbows in technique alone adds a ton to a persons bench.. I have to do this elbows out.. So I don't see the advantage that alot of benchers get from elbows in which uses more lats....

Not all messed up off of pre-workout right now either so just a short post on this. Normal sequence of events for posting to the MISC in August 2011 was get all fucked up off of caffeine and pre-workouts, go to the gym and try to get a PR, and then hurry back to the warehouse to do a video post on the MISC while still all fucked up off of pre-workouts.

BRB later. Need more candy and Gatorade.

Also just measured chest at 50.5 inches. LOL. That's up there with the highest i've ever been. I think my PR was 51.5 at like 260 LBS in 2018.

Update since my 420 thread was deleted...

420 for 2 yesterday without all of the important info on it because the thread was fucking deleted....
