Gonna start doing uphill sprints again! Entire body is sore!

Did my uphill sprints again that i havent done in 2 years and my entire body is sore.

Surprisingly not even my legs..


Its my back and core. Abs, lats, and traps are crazy sore.

Uphill sprints are the goat maybe?
-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew
-no alcohol crew
-moisturize with butter and wash face with milk crew
