My earplugs fall off at night so i just cut them shorter

Feels good man. Tried rubbing my head to the pillow to simulate rolling around in my sleep. Theyre not going anywhere.
Also i dont feel my heartbeat as much, barely at all.
I think when the earplug touches other parts of your ear it starts feeling the heartbeat more.
