It’s so weird these threads are popping up just as I started doing the same thing . Been buying different nuts this past week and finding I’m not good at stopping once I start .
So I googled it to make sure I’m eating the ones with the least amount of carbs. Looks like almonds , pistachios, and walnuts ftw.
The only thing I’m eating most days is soup for lunch and a glass of milk with protein powder and amino acids for supper .
I get a little hungry so I’m snacking on nuts lol . Probably a bad choice but I think there’s worse things
