I don't think people have a favorite color.

I think people just think there is some sort of expectation to have a favorite color. So their brain just picks one and confabulates some reason to justify it.

I think it is just giving into social pressure.

you are wrong, everyone has a favorite color but it’s the same color, we all see colors differently and there’s one “real” color that’s everyone’s favorite but we just call it different names, example I see the favorite color as “red” and you see it as “blue”

I had a bicycle that was orange black and chrome back in the late 60’s early 70’s . I think that colour scheme stayed with me into adulthood and inspired me to build my home gym with a similar vibe

I took 9gs of golden teachers my first time taking shrooms, wasn't a good experience srs

I preferred lsd but i wouldn't take either again tbh

Same here . I wouldn’t want it on my truck also .

My 84 GMC had what I consider the best colour combination on a square body . Black , silver and red kick ass imo

Green was my favorite color as a kid. I told myself it was because of a marble that I had. Sometime during my life I changed it to blue. No idea why.

My fav bracelet...all shades of green. My sister gave it to me as a gift. :)



My youngest sister gave me a cool bracelet years ago. It's a silver wrap around snake with green emeralds or maybe forest green...never wore it because it looks more like a decoration. I'll get a pic of it tomorrow...it's so cool

The color magenta does not exist.

Magenta is a combination of red and purple.


Only thing is, red and purple are on complete opposite sides of the visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. They don’t meet anywhere. There is no frequency associated with the color magenta. Our brains are literally creating that information.

Additionally, the photoreceptors on the cone cells of the retina only detect red, green, and blue. So even if the other wavelengths of the visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum are projected into the eye, the sensor itself is only capable of detecting these three colors. The other colors are mixed and generated again by our brains which fills in the gap.


This phenomena of brain creating information that it isn’t actually detecting from outside is way more significant than you would think.
