all movie reviewers and filmmakers are part of the same industry. they have no reason to tell you NOT to go to the movies. why would they do that?

more telling is that the film had no early reviews and are coming out only the day before release. likely cuz they didn't want to sink the movie...but who knows sometimes things even if not great are suprise hits esp in the Summer so there's that.

I've often wondered as a mechaniccel why and how people buy KNOWN bad cars (JEEP for ex). Its cuz much of the population lives on feelz and not on evidence or even the slightest reading the fine print. Companies even are well aware of this ...thus car commercials that advertise feels cuz they know the actual car is trash.
