I have been prescribed *****, should I just toss them?

They help me fall asleep. Was given a perscription of 50 2mg ***** bars instructed to take half (1mg) to fall asleep/help with anxiety.

I've done them the last three days in a row and I do like them too much. I've read online and people say that benzo withdrawal is no joke, am I likely to suffer any side effects if I stop after taking them for 3-4 days in a row?
