Gonna ask this girl out from last semester out (pic)

Had a chemistry tutorial together once a week last semester, met her on the first day, exchanged numbers 2nd week to discuss homework. I missed the next 2 weeks, and she didnt come for the other weeks (tutorial was pretty lame).

The only thing I ever texted her was "crocodilebrah from chem" and that was when we were exchanging numbers. I know i shouldve asked her to study together or kept a conversation going over text but here we are. Thinking if sending her "hey, we had that chem course together last term, how did you end up doing?". It's a hail mary, doubt she even remembers me, but a good-to-go text?

Sorry had to cover up the eyes, some of you on here go to my school, no detectives.

Update 1.0!
Went with the "hey i feel like we had chemistry together".

She responds "hey, yeah in spring 2016"

Which way should i lead the convo now? Ask her how she did, if she's taking summer and then drop a "lets grab coffee at xx on xx and catch up"

Update 2.0
Asked her how she ended up doing, "seen" and she went nc. Thanks anyways brahs

3.0
"I did ok, yeah thought the final was tough. I didnt like the prof's style"

I had added that I thought the final was tough in the last text.

Didnt even bother to ask me how I did, i should just go nc?

It's better to try and fail OP then to always wonder. With every rejection, you take the positive out of it and use it for the next girl. That's real world advice since 95% of the MISC only have mental GF's which they clap mentally 24/7.

Only embarrassing if you feel embarrassed. None of us honestly know the detail of the interaction you two had so there may be a chance. But if I was betting on this Id say you missed your chance about 6 months ago when you got her number and didnt follow up.

Dude, if you send that, you might as well jump on my boat The Titanic and we can sail hundreds of miles an hour away from your phone because that sh** ain't gon' work son.

Just send what you said you were going to send in the OP. It's an open-ended question...you WANT that. Send that.

I understand this advice and I think for this case its good advice. I do cringe however when I hear people give that as general advice "better to try and fail then to wonder"
Doesnt always apply.

I never had to "try it out" to realize I was not a homosexual for one example of when that advice isnt always sound

Add her on FB, then send the chemistry line. Like you said it's been 6 months, at least if you add and message her on ******** she can remember who you are because your profile is right there. A random number in her phone she might not remember.

edit: ^^ Yes. Add her on ******** then send the line pun included. No need to waste time here, this is already a hail mary.

NO! stop being a bitch about it like every other man she has met and set yourself apart with the funny line right off of the bat! if she is receptive then ask a few questions and get to the point, the point being arranging a date.

send the text now.

Why not trying to stop being a complete cuck and just tell her that you were too much of a bitch (obviously in different words) to ask her out when you should have and now your doing it. If she's into you, she'll be down. If she isn't or never was... well now you know.

She would obviously have her phone by her 24/7 since she's a woman, whereas FB might not be checked for a while, so if it were me, text.

You can always do the "I'll send you a FB request" after you've been talking for a bit.
