I cant speak for others, but once I lose the weight and get back to being slightly above average looking (mostly because of the balding), I would like to have a partner similar to myself, someone who is low income or disabled, preferably no children, slightly above average looking with more emphasis on the body attractiveness, low body count, introverted, no serious addictions like food, drugs, or alcohol, preferably an alpha female rather than beta (because betas are boring), though introverted and alpha traits together are not common.

I don't know, I have been married for 15 years. Consistency, striving to be better (actually working hard and trying to get promoted, not waking up at 5AM to take an ice bath) emotional intelligence?

If I were single, I would not worry about what a woman expects or what I would expect. I would just try to find someone who shares my interests, aligns with my goals and has a sens of humor.

If I was better looking than her, so be it as long as the sex is good and she feels comfortable in her own skin.

Just shave your head, go running and stop using "alpha" and "beta" and I believe you will make it.
