I'm with you 1000%. I don't like extreme cold, but I would take it over extreme heat any day.

You can protect yourself from the cold with warm clothing, movement, hot drinks if outside. If inside you have heating and insulation.

With extreme heat, you basically have to take it up the ass and cook. Even indoors it can get hot as hell if you do not have good A/C.

It has reached 40C in UK before, very rare though, like once in my lifetime I think. 35C+ is getting more common though.

Idk I just googled on average 20000 steps which is what I try to hit everyday is 8-10 miles
