Basically, it's subsidized housing but they pretend you own the house instead of renting it. But hey, good for him, take advantage of whatever program they have if it's gonna help you out

Then what exactly did you change your mind for if it was always a million dollar house that you were getting for half off?

Your initial post back in April was always for a $510k house.

It's kind of tough for hawaiians.Their economy sucks and basically runs off of tourism. And at the same time land is very expensive because of all the outside investment. So the only way they keep the locals from revolting is by these kind of deals and that I really not that great in the long term, because the government has ownership of your ass

The natives don't like white people

But it's still worth it

Because there are hardly any blacks, Indians, Mexicans, hatians, Africans or Muslims

Mostly Asian and Pacific Islanders.

Still a lot of homeless meth heads and petty crime but it's better than most US inner cities

Nah I'll come clean.

So my original place was burned in the Maui fire. Ended up moving into an apartment, almost did what everyone does here and bought a home in Vegas but this new program for fire victims came out which pays up to half or more of the market value of the house based on income. Luckily I work in the restaurant industry and can hide my cash from the IRS on top of that I made my wife quit her job until we qualified for the voucher.

Only catch is you need to live in that place for 20 years before you can sell which is a pretty sweet deal. Would've never Hopped on this of it wasn't for that one rule.

Hopped on that deal went house hunting and here we are now. Million dollar house for half the price. I did put in my own down payment to lower the monthly payments because a 510k loan is a lot. Me and my wife make a good amount of money but 3 kids, private school and overall costs over here adds up.

And what you posted sounds like Hawaiian homes. I'm not even Hawaiian, wouldn't be able to qualify and ain't poor enough for that shit

That makes more sense

They were talking about those native Hawaiian programs but I thought you were Filipino or something so you wouldn't qualify

Nah you gotta be dirt poor and Hawaiian to qualify for that shit. You don't even own the home. I'm neither poverty or Hawaiian

Congrats. You're still a massive phaggot, but take advantage of whatever programs you can.

So you'll be paying significantly more than you pay renting, and that goes on for 30 years. By the time it's paid off you'll almost be dead and the property taxes will be close to the annual cost of a cheap rental

Lmfao so you’re still paying 500k for a home and only putting down 40k and you have “hidden cash” which means chump change you make in tips and you make her wife quit so you can apply for whatever wellfare program. Inb4 Oprah buys OPs house for a steal at the foreclosure auction.

If I had a cash flow I would use that money for all day to day expenses, food, gas, car ect. Then all money from my actual job gets invested which would be more money

Maybe dont make threads about your wife lactating if you dont want people mentioning it retard.

And I mentioned it because you claim 12k/month income to pay bills, but you also said that 5k was a third of your family of 5's monthly income.

I was clearly making a point that if she is lactating she is not working full time. You also confirmed she is not working full time. Your claims are all over the place.

So if you have 12k per month to pay bills (or is it 15k?), you must make $15,000–19,600+ gross at least per month right? Even though your lactating wife doesn’t work?
