But tbh I use the zyzz workout routine
And hit shoulders twice a week for the first 4-6 months
Shoulders/traps/lats are my best features
Working on bringing up the chest/arms/legs this bulk along with average gains on the rest
Hitting legs and chest/biceps twice a week with an entire arm day once every 2 weeks

Can't be certain, but given his physique after only 8 months and the acne on his arm and shoulder, I'd say there's a good probability that some muscletech supplements were involved.

Plenty of guys on tech look unexceptional. More than anything else it's the sudden explosion of acne on his shoulders. To be fair, maybe he always had it and the lighting in the first pic is just hiding it.
