I can assure you that he doesn't lift.

Lifting =/= doing a few body weight exercises a few times per week, maybe 10-20 minutes each session

I can also assure you he doesn't give a phuck about macros , or counting calories.

"Oh I need to get a bit leaner so I'll eat slightly less" = / = "I need to count every single calorie / macro / micro nutrient and make sure to get that exact amount every single day without deviating from the diet what so ever"

Legit. I stopped gymceling all together since I know it's worthless and pointless without a good face or rioz (which i already have) All I do are pullups and pushups on the weekends and jump rope every other day.

All you really need. Just lol @ increasing your cancer risk by bulking on massive amounts of food + meat. Stay lean as fuk and don't worry about strength, it's useless in today's world and has been for centuries

No where did I say women don't like a good physique, they definitley do.

A good physique to the misc = Some guy who's 6'3, 220 pounds with 18 inch arms , bulging abs @ 8% body fat.

The former is easily achievable without lifting , the latter just causes people on here to be frustrated and turn into bitter blackknights / rotters , or to become obsessed with lifting to the point where it's unhealthy.

Why does it have to be all or nothing with you ****s? People either can't count cals worth a damn cause they think it's some crazy thing (while avoiding a thousands different food groups is somehow normal lol) or they go completely autistic OCD and have to match 100% every meal and suffer from anxiety if they don't know what's in the food. I've been tracking macros for around 8 months straight now. I took a few breaks durring vacations, when traveling, etc. Also, on days like christmas, new year, etc. When I eat out and I'm not sure what the calorie count is, I estimate with some rough portion sizes and type of food I ate. I track when I can and if something comes up that causes me to completely blow macros one day I don't cry about it. Still make better gainz than I ever made with VERY LITTLE effort put into diet. If your entire life is lifting and you got nothing going outside of that you're doing it wrong. There are 24 hours in a day and 7 days a week. You've got plenty of time to enjoy life outside of gym and eating perfect meals.

Couple of things OP a real lifter lifts for himself not for women or attention but because he loves it, now if you have a ugly face and you build up an astestic physique your ratings goes up immediately of course you won't be able to take away chad's girl but you will get better looking sloots than a ugly dude with an out of shape body.

Either way you look at it, the cost:benefit of lifting for women is inefficient

Lifting actually improved my quality of life as i can eat a little more. Plus, as long as i get enough protein i can enjoy other foods i like while not exceeding 3000kcals. Plus my physique improved ever since i started although i was still really lean before lifting just a lot more skinny.
