I cook all my ground beef then put it in a strainer in my sink, run hot water over it until the water becomes clear after it passes the meat.
reduces the fat even more I usually then toss it in a whole wheat burrito wrap with lettuce,salsa & hot sauce & sometimes whole wheat rice.

Mason jars are air tight

This keeps the things that go bad fast good for a long time

Normally avocado browns after a day or too, this will keep it fresh for a week

Keeps the lettuce/spinach real fresh too
