lol @ not having all the info. you see the fukin cops roll up, then just grab the kid and toss him. there wasnt any build up to it, which is why its fuked up.

Dunno why the video starts so late in the piece. Looks like the cop gets out, grabs the by the arm kid (who knows the reason), kid keep trying to pull away, cop does the most inept body throw ever and looks like he injures himself more than the kid. Kid then keeps trying to struggle.

Bit skeptical that all he was doing was innocently skateboarding, otherwise the others would all have been arrested or at least cited etc.

But who knows. Merica.

This. What vid did you guys watch? Cop pulls up, gets out, throws the kid to the ground. Kid was just standing there.

The only thing I an think of is that the kid looked at the cop funny as he was driving, which isn't a crime but makes the cop power trip.

If you're the kid in that situation you have to throw the cop off. Tell him you will suck his dik or lick his anus. Otherwise you're taking a ride to county even if you didn't do anything wrong

The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.

Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

I am not a cop basher. Most times, I take the cops side. The redditers who play games at check points, people who won't show id, etc. The whole thing Ferguson mess. I'm with the cop.

In this case, it's a kid standing on the sidewalk, cop pulls up, get's out, and slams him to the ground. Kid didn't say a word.

Do you believe that cops should be allowed to do that?

No, I don't think cops should be allowed to do that. I'm just thinking that there is a possibility that there were other events leading up to this particular event. Perhaps he ran from the cops earlier and decided not to run this time. Who knows. Its unwise to make judgements from a 45 second video clip.

I guess. But if he ran before, he wasn't running this time.

I think the cop is (understandably) conditioned from experience to expect skaters to be mouthy and disrespectful, so he reacted from that place, rather than to what was in front of him. I can understand that, but it's not okay.
