Those bf% things are way off. They have one at Golds Gym that I got to and it said I have 4% BF. I would be dead almost. I am actually at 8% bf right now. I'd say you're at least 12% maybe even 14%, but thats to be expected since you dirty bulked. Cut up and workout and you'll look good brah (no homo)

Now you are at 163 lbs, which is 43 lbs heavier in only half a year, if you trained properly you might have gained 15 lbs of lean mass (optimistic), and the rest is all water and fat bro... 28 lbs of water and fat.

What do you guys think? I have been dirty bulking, holding alot of weight in my legs by the way.
What would you guys guess my BF is at? The handheld thing said 9% but I think it is off.

Second, you should continue bulking, you have very little muscle mass on you. Bulk until you reach 180-185. What are your lifts btw? Your upper body looks pretty weak (no offence)

If there is an increase in lean mass while total body fat stays the same, body fat percentage drops although body fat in terms of weight stays the same.

How much do you think is muscle? If you are still growing, that can give you an extra boost but in general more than 50% (probably more like 75%) of that weight is going to be water and fat unless you are running gear. Keep working, you're doing fine.
