impedence machine is very inaccurate up to 5% even, also genetics may be the reason why your abs don't show at 9%, its possible. Btw if you don't train abs directly you should, make sure to hit all the muscles, rectus, obliques and transverse.

I dont think I am at 9% i think I am 12-13% which abs are showing enough to support that. I want to get to 195lbs then cut down to 170-175 for aesthetics and hopefully by then I will have mass+abs.

Those bf% things are way off. They have one at Golds Gym that I got to and it said I have 4% BF. I would be dead almost. I am actually at 8% bf right now. I'd say you're at least 12% maybe even 14%, but thats to be expected since you dirty bulked. Cut up and workout and you'll look good brah (no homo)

Forgot to add that water retention also blocks abs from being seen if you are holding too much water.

yeah no bro 195 is way too much and you don't need to get there. You start at 120 lbs right ? Assuming you can still make noobie gains, thats up to 25 lbs of lean muscle that you can put on in a year (optimistic estimate).

Now you are at 163 lbs, which is 43 lbs heavier in only half a year, if you trained properly you might have gained 15 lbs of lean mass (optimistic), and the rest is all water and fat bro... 28 lbs of water and fat.

Slow it down man

We can see your ribs, but not your abs it would appear. Just slow it down a bit fella, you are probably near 14-15% because of 0 ab definition or muscle separation. What are your lifts at?

Picture has bad lighting,I can see and feel my abs IRL lol. Plus if you accumulate fat in the midsection thats going to skew bf% you cant just go based off abs. Water retention would also blur abs. for the guy that said I put on 30lbs of water he is crazy. Does not know what he is talking about. This **** aint no 15% thats fasho lol. 12-13% max.

Plus my legs are pretty decent size. Same as back. Lack mass wtf does that have to do with it lol. BF is BF.

Got 150lbs talking **** that look 100x worse saying I gained 30lbs of fat da **** lol.

My bench went frm 90lbs reps to 205 reps

Legpress from 200lbs to 700lbs for reps

Curl from 20lbs to 35lbs for reps

t rows from 25lbs for reps to 135lbs for reps.

**** doesnt seem like fat to me. I dont appreciate 150lbs skinny fat mofos that have been training for 3-4 years telling me I got fat.

What do you guys think? I have been dirty bulking, holding alot of weight in my legs by the way.

What would you guys guess my BF is at? The handheld thing said 9% but I think it is off.
First, you are nowhere near 9% body fat, your abs are invisible, muscle separation is 0. Prob around 14-15%

Second, you should continue bulking, you have very little muscle mass on you. Bulk until you reach 180-185. What are your lifts btw? Your upper body looks pretty weak (no offence)

Keep working, you're doing fine.
How much muscle I am gaining,is completely dependant on my T levels. People here can't say I gained all fat unless they know what my T levels are at. If my T levels are at 2000ng/dl you are going to put much more muscle than the average miscer that sits a 300ng/dl. The guidelines on muscle gain are completely reliant on hormonal profile and they go under the assumption that your hormone levels are putrid.

Bro honestly you are so delusional its not even funny. These guys are trying to give you advice yet you're a defensive pusssy who thinks since he gained some weight is somehow an expert on lifting. If you don't wanna take the advice then fuk off keyboard warrior. You look like shiit btw.
