Then there is no series if he isn't 007. I don't care about the ethnicity, just as long as he fits the narrative of what Bond is. James purefoy is more suited for villan roles, hell he looks like a shoe in for epic bond villan.
That's what I mean, he wouldn't/shouldn't be playing James Bond. A character's race is part of the creation process and one of the things that's stagnant especially for an iconic character. It's like changing fuking Lui Kang to a White guy.

LOL its crazy how much modern men have no concept of anything other than physical appearance. Probably why so many now seem to do terribly with the opposite sex. Hell, when in England I noticed a fukkload of physically decent dudes dating uggos.

SUBSTANCE is an important aspect of an actors ability. Cavill has none. Zero. Zilch. Seems like a decent enough guy but from his interviews he comes off as a beta with no charisma.
