The difference between (many) Americans and people like OP is that not only does he not know he's in a cage, he likes it and actively wishes to PAY his jailers to keep him locked up.

american living in europe checking in
prefer the east coast but the average american is an economic cuck
people here think of americans as dim but its not even that. Its a weird, backward kind of selfishness driven to the extreme. Its like people feel they owe nothing to their fellow man and they're more "alpha" for doing so. You go to places in scandanavia (another country which americans love to insult) and the people are healthier, happier, look better and just genuinely have a much saner approach to life. So many people from the states I met were overworked, uptight, insecure *******s who were too stressed about their paycheck to actually live their lives.
The fact that people actually argue against fully socialized healthcare is still mindblowing to me. Its not like our taxes are that much lower.

this is what I mean about so many of us, in some weird perpetual state of arrested development. In what way is privatized healthcare in any way synonymous with freedom? Wilson would be rolling in his ****ing grave.

It's something that I've noticed about Americans, their lack of empathy for fellow man.

Inb4 some people "can't work".
Well, no ****. But many people bleed the system (hello illegal immigrants!) without ever paying a dime into it. In addition, the Government breeds inefficiency. Roughly 10% of taxes collected for welfare programs actually make it to the intended recipients. The rest is lost in government bureaucracy/overhead costs, paperwork and mismanagement of funds. Charity on the other hand gets pretty much 100% of the funds to the people who need it. Giving the money we currently have stolen from us in taxes to Charities instead would be much, much more efficient and help the poor/people who need help with healthcare much more than having the Government handle it.

Americans have been cucked into thinking they need to pay significantly more to receive essentially the same service, otherwise you're a communist getting 3rd world healthcare.
Some even think America has MORE freedom than the rest of the western world lmao!

Healthcare isn't free in the UK. It is only free for those who do not contribute.
Why would you support a system where the productive pay for the healthcare of the unproductive?
America's healthcare is a joke, but that doesn't mean our isn't.
Britain has collectively decided to lay down and rot and destroy the NHS out of fear of being called racist and mass Marxist brainwashing.
