Then he slapped around Jason Genova, which I'd agree with Marc Lobliner's analysis on, if you care to look.

230 grams is about 8oz of raw chicken that equates to about 50g protein or more. Once it's cooked it weighs considerably less, so yeah it might have 71g protein.
I would mainly have an issue with preservatives in the food to keep it "fresh" more than anything else. If you guys have any brains you'll cook for yourself, even at 6 bucks a meal it still doesn't beat cooking at home, taste wise and financially

Since you're bumping this, I'll add another crock of chit:
Gluten-Free Pasta with Meatballs
606 Calories, 47.4g Carbs, 14.0g Fat, 68.6g Protein

Serving size: 286g
100g of lean ground beef contains 21g of protein give or take.
So here we have 68.6g of protein when the serving size is 286g and at least half of that is pasta?
These meals look decent and tasty and are relatively cheap but Rich really has to stop frauding with this absurd nutritional info.

sodium seems really low though. probably very little sauce in that orange chicken
Edit: actually, not sure how much rice they use but they may have had to weigh that pre-cooked and chicken post-cooked.
seems weird
