Okay guys srs need for advice.
Ever since February I haven't been regular in the five daily prayers. Feel like chit for doing that. Haven't missed a single prayer since I was 14, and all of the sudden since I have turned 19 I started missing tons. I want to get back to regular daily prayers this Ramadan Inshallah.
Should I pray an extra set of prayers to make up for the ones that I have lost? I'll need to keep it up for at least six months.

INshallah
Want to cut body fat while not dropping too much strength, if its even possible. Last Ramadan I had a bad experience lifting heavy while fasting, this time I'm planning to lift medium weight with slightly more volume. Anyone have positive experiences with this?

But anything heavy and I feel like passing out after the first set.

Much respect to all my Muslim and Non-Muslim brothers fasting on Ramadan. If anyone should respect something about the beautiful religion of Islam, it should be our level of discipline and dedication. We do not care how the media portrays us or what anyone thinks of us because its so easy to be like everyone else.. It's harder to be so disciplined as we are.. faithful, strong, resilient.
No religion, organization, group , etc has ever unified 1.6 billion people on Earth but Islam.
Religion is not as important as the faith it gives us and the guidelines and discipline it teaches us.
"Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in God hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And God heareth and knoweth all things."
Qur'An 2:256

During Ramadan I only lift at night and it's not much different than usual tbh
Except this time I'll only make it to the gym like once a week so I'll just hit 1-2 working sets on the big 3

There is no contradiction between observing the fast and brushing one's teeth.
