FKN DED @ these ENTJS's claiming master race. Lacks the heightened sense to to operate in an analytical, efficient way that leads to reaching your absolute potential.

Bow down to the cold, calculated, analytical, structured ESTJ master race that will reign supreme in social circles, never miss the smallest of details, isn't chained to the frailties of emotion but can rather freely operate based on pure logic, and who will not waste time away but always have the most optimal use for their time.

Also time to LDAR if you're an INFP, especially a male (polar opposite to the ESTJ master race).

Another test is the Big 5 personality test. Here's a link to an online version. I took a 'real' one along with a 'real' Briggs Myers and a couple of other ones.

You can learn a bit about yourself from these but I wouldn't paint yourself into a corner because the test said you're a specific type and then you think you have to fit that mold.

What I actually found most helpful was the 360 survey results where several people who know you well (subordinates, peers, and bosses or former bosses, and yourself) rate you on how they perceive you. This gives you an idea on how other see you compared to how you see yourself across many areas (mainly work / leadership related). As to myself, others rated me higher than I rated myself for the most part which was pretty good already.

What I mean by the not paining yourself in a corner thing, is that I am supposed to be INTJ based on Briggs Myers. However, others see me as extroverted, friendly, yada yada. Probably because I put myself out there a lot and take charge of things as part of my job. Briggs Myers rates tendencies rather than how you actually perform or act.

I can't remember some of the other tests we took. There was about 4 different ones that all measured different things. I'll have to dig up my reports one of these days.

Yeah I didn't actually take it online like that, we took it through a company's training program that included a bunch of tests. All our results were compiled and compared against CEOs and military General Officers. It was a pretty good course.
