It's actually scientifically true that bottled Corona is skunky beer. Ultraviolet light is what causes beer to spoil/skunk and it does so at a very rapid pace. Any beer that has a light or clear bottle is undeniably and objectively poverty beer. It's no wonder that people NEED to mask off Corona's natural taste with lime.

If you want to drink Corona, then be sure to get the canned version for some sort of freshness. I love the design of their clear bottles, but really it is very bad for any beer to be exposed to light.

Yeah IPA's are overrated but I do lean towards more flavorsome beers nowadays. IPA's taste a bit better if you had one of two other beers first, take the edge of the stronger bitterness.

I don't mind some IPAs, but it seems like a buncha hipsters fgts decided that the hoppier a beer is the more beery and thus, better it was. Taste be damned.

Are you on the west coast? I recently moved out here from the east coast and I'm an alcoholic. The IPAs here suck balls, so I get why you'd say that. They all taste super bitter with no other flavors.

Actually like most hoppy/bitter IPA's. Always opt for local microbrews. 0 fuks given.

Definitely an acquired taste, though and I give 0 fuks what others drink or prefer.

IPA beers are the pissing contest of the beer world. "hurr durr look at me, I can drinking this overly bitter, overly hoppy, chit beer, but this makes me a beer guy."

Also, people who drink corona understand what it's for. It's great for the beach since it's light and at the end of a night out when you're ramping down, blitzed already, anything tastes great, and it's probably the same as what the lightweight hoe you're grindin' on is drinking.

No one leisurely drinks corona or posts on social media about it ...

I like IPA's. I think that it's genetic. I don't taste any bitterness whatsoever. Some IPA's taste too piney, but never, ever bitter.

There are at least 10 varieties of IPAs. The ones that taste like pine (aka piney) suck monkey butt. The ones with citrus-y hops can be really good. Lagunitas makes some of the best ones. Try Little Sumpin' Extra or Maximus

But I, myself, am a porter/stout guy.
Stouts>IPAs all day long.

I realize that, I was stating that I both like the microbrewery fad/movement as well as hoppy IPA's. I like others (wheat beers, ambers, lagers, etc.) of course.

Agreed. I live in SD County and have tried a lot of the local garbage. Only time I ever tossed a ****ing beer it was some nasty flavor of Ballast Point IPA. 805 is good. I mainly drink Pacifico, though. The Ballast Point Wahoo beer isn't so bad either.
