Absolutely disgusting. Who wants to eat week old cooked, then refrigerated THEN re-heated food. Cook your food fresh unless you are lazy as phuck and have zero respect for you and your taste buds.

Naaaah

I don't have time to waste

Why cook and do dishes seven times instead of once

You know how much propane I'd waste if I grilled two pieces of chicken everyday?

Whole wheat penne with ground beef and tomato sauce is my go to for meal prepping.

Try thigh! Thigh always comes out way better tasting IMO. Breast was usually dryer for me, I think it's the difference in fat.

I just marinade mine, then throw it on the grill.

I've been thinking about doing chili! Just eating more beans in general really.

How does one make pesto? You just buy it or what?

Pesto is bomb, forgot all about it though

I get chicken thigh, keep it frozen/vac sealed until I wanna cook it.

Then I thaw it out, marinade it, and grill it.

Srs question, how do you find macros on things such as potato?

Also, do you just eye out everything when splitting it? Like say you make chicken breast for the whole week and calculate the calories raw, do you just eye out how much for each day after its cooked, knowing the calories overall will be ____?

I have a phobia of eating old food srs..

even if I order pizza or something and i've left it for over 5 hours, I won't touch it again. Same with leftovers of any food.
I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.

I use a scale and myfitnesspal for the most part.

Sometimes I eyeball things. Say I have 20 oz of chicken and I'm making 5 meals. I'll just try dividing it out evenly, because as long as I eat all the meals it will average out to that 20oz. If that makes sense to you, I'm not the best at explaining chit lol.

I just weigh it cooked, some miscers came to the conclusion that they on average lose 30% of the weight cooking.

So I just add that 30% of weight back before putting it into MFP
