Brb, used to be able to make some chitty custom map yourself - invite a friend over and let them join your team that you made stronger somehow vs 10 randoms that joined (games were full within 10 seconds back then). Fuarkkkkkk, had so much fun with that. Miss that so much

A lot of guys in here bringing up Smash Bros. It's hysterical when the two players left each had a ridiculous amount of damage, went flying after a hit and somehow managed to make it back to the platform and kept the game going.

Seeing everyone's list just reinforces how badly games have gone downhill as time has gone on. Ain't no one got any games made in the post-ps2 era in their list.

My list would be starcraft:broodwar, Warcraft 2, tecmo super bowl, double dragon 3, battle toads, Golden Eye, Mario Kart 64, WCW vs NWO (by far the most underrated game of all time. 4 player FFA was fun as fuk as long as you had 3 friends to play it with) in no particular order
