What is wrong with child support? They're your kids dumbasses. I have no issue with helping to take care of my children.

Secondly spousal support is not forever.

Third I have no issue with spouses getting half of what was aquired during the marriage.

That being said I'm no marriage crew but I don't see every single aspect of divorce as bullchit. But there is tons of bias.

I could tell plenty of stories.

I don't see anything wrong with this particular case.

Otherwise you get a prenup.

Typical misc dip**** response. This is not true, where the hell do you guys keep coming up with this stuff? Seriously, maybe you read about it once a year, but look at the numbers for once before spouting off **** that simply is not true.

Also, not surprised at all that misc somehow still blames "sloot." He literally had very public relationships, left her at home with 3 kids, and packed his **** and snuck out on her. Dude is a POS and him losing the 1mil/year won't hurt his wallet in any way.

LOL a guy can do same exact thing except squeezing the baby. The guy can quit his job when she becomes a doctor stay at home and watch the kids and bang his mistress while she's working. Misc tries to make women evil, but if gender roles were reversed and women were traditionally the bread winners men would be trying to take half their chit as well.

so much this. seriously, guys. the guy is a legit scumbag and fuucked his wife over publicly with no regard for her image or feelings, and these effects will be long lasting on their kids as well. she deserves every penny for having to deal with this fuuckboy.

fisher comes off as the kind of person who was corny as fuuck and got no play, so he married a woman and had kids with her because she was one of the only ones who gave him the time of day. and then his desperate ass came across a gold digging slut one day who made him break because he's a desperate, no backbone having pile of shiit.

who turns on 4 kids for a whore like that?

Even if none of that cheating/unhappiness occurs, there was still no reason to sign a piece of paper confirming your relationship status with the state.

In the 2010 census, the majority of adults were not married - that is the first time in US history the majority of adults are single. So the population IS smartening up to the scam, but there's still some stragglers who feel an urge to risk 50% of their assets at no benefit to themselves..... those guys deserve all the negative consequences they will get. Srs.

Except courts heavily favor females in divorce.

Out of all the people in the USA receiving alimony, 4% of them are men.

Meanwhile, only 60% of men earn more than their spouse in the USA....

That is mind blowing.

She isn't getting the short end of anything. She's robbing his ass blind. Just because he fuked up and cheated doesn't entitle her to millions of dollars. If she had cheated, I bet she'd still be getting millions and you'd be on here claiming that was his fault too.

**Edit**

Wizard above me.
First off, spousal support isn't a LIFETIME thing, it's temporary, so she'll get that for x amount of years. Not only that, but she gave the dude 4 kids....so I highly doubt that entire amount will be spent on HER alone and not the kids, their needs, the household, etc, etc. You're literally looking at the amount and trying to equate THAT with her bank account and that's it. Foolish.

She's not robbing him. If anything, HE robbed THEM of being happy and at least trying to maintain some sort of dignity in this thing. Dude could've been like, "Yo, I want a divorce, it's not working.....but I still want us to be friends and be there for the kids equally. Let's work out some sort of monetary agreement so my kids and their mother aren't left without any support."

He could've done that. Instead, the muthafukca just leaves, finds another bitch, IN PLAIN VIEW OF EVERYONE, and completely disregards everyone but himself.

This is obviously a key factor in the entire judgement.

No, if she would've cheated, I would've said that he needs to get his lawyer to ask for custody on the grounds of her not being a fit parent and the possibility of different men being in and out of the house around my children. You push for unstable grounds and win that way.

Try again.

Source? Even if true, we would need way more information to infer that women are somehow more evil/malicious than men. Although I do agree that women shouldn't be entitled to anything if they cheated on their husband and vice versa, but my argument is based on my normative views. I also feel that women should be entitled to support if they gave birth to children and sacrificed their careers to raise them. I imagine that a lot successful men don't want their wives working full time if they have young children. If they get divorced and the women gets nothing, then she is at a severe disadvantage at gaining viable employment while the man is no worse off. This would lead to greater societal consequences with increasing unemployment and greater reliance on government support. The government (tax payers) shouldn't have to support women who can't get a good job because their relationship failed.

Lol, I love when dude's say this. As if contribution means you have to actually be on the team with him. Fact of the matter is, she was holding the house down while he was working and concentrating on winning titles, traveling excessively and being away from long periods of time, etc, etc.

Yeah, there's probably a lot of people barely getting by on that 20K with 4 kids, but what does THAT have to do with THIS?

What really takes the cake is Amber Heard. She wants to divorce Johnny Depp 2 days after his mother dies and she is seeking spousal support despite being an actress herself and they have no children.

It means she doesn't need millions of dollars to take care of 4 kids. He should definitely have to pay child support if she's going to be the one primarily taking care of them, but $180,000 per month is absurd. She could easily handle taking care of them on that much per year, and live quite comfortably.

Lol, $180,000....and that's it?

Obviously they've made the decision to have their children in private schools, as most celebrities do for obvious reasons, so, tuition will be expensive. Yes? Yes. So, how much of that $180,000 is really left to be comfortable on when school has eaten the bulk of that? That's not even touching the mortgage, car payment, utilities, activities they're in, etc, etc.

I'm guessing their still in Cali, so you really think that $180K is enough for 5 people to live on, based on the lifestyle they're in....that HE set for the family?

Roh-kay. This has been factored into the judgement, so what now? It's her fault they're living in Cali, the kids are in private schools and the things they've been doing are all of a sudden null and void because daddy wanted to publicly cheat and leave his family?

This guy....
You think it makes sense for them to expect to maintain the same lifestyle they had while they were together after a divorce? $180,000 is upper-middle to high class living. If the mother worked at all, tack on another 50-100k and they're living better than the vast majority of Americans. Explain how that isn't an exorbitant amount of money.

The fact is that things change, and nobody has the expectation of always being able to maintain the same standard of living. A life altering event like a divorce is one such instance where that expectation becomes even more unrealistic.

Again, I'm not disagreeing that what he did was crappy, and he SHOULD pay child support. The amount is what I find idiotic.
