everyone ITT and last thread did a great job of ignoring the trolls. i see that i'm in a sense not following suit, but i want to point out to everyone to just report them with the report button next to the neg button, and IGNORE THEM.

Honestly don't understand why this is such a big deal, no troll, just curious - if I do caveman type stuff myself all I can eat at say 8pm then I'm not hungry until 8pm the next day.

Going to quit the misc till ramadan is over brahs. I can avoid entering hnng threads but I can't avoid random gifs/pics spread in most threads, which is haram and breaks your fast.

Ramadan Mubarak, fam!
Last night started my gym session at 11:30PM, ended at 1:10AM. Came home, showered, protein shake + Lebanese rice, hummus, a couple of small spinach pies, and deboned chicken.
Finally hit the sack by 2AM, had alarm set to 3:45AM to drink in plenty of water until 4AM (imsak). Back to sleep and then get up for work at 6AM.
Gonna have to change my schedule up a bit, earliest gym time 10PM, latest 1AM (2 hour sessions).
Don't hate me but more than likely going to be doing just 13-14 hour fasts (4AM to 6PM the latest, as in hitting the bed at 6PM the latest).
Definitely not looking to bulk.. more than likely going to just do, "maintenance" training. Only real big lifts I'll focus on are flat bench, squat, and weighted pull ups.
Need to really pay attention to the amount of food I'm eating. I think last night I overate thinking it was going to keep the hunger pangs away in the morning to mid-afternoon.
Seriously not trying to end up losing my progress with my recomp.. it's been buriful.

Technically, today for example, we break fast at 9:07PM.
