Seriously though how can it be Damon when half the movies you listed he isn't even the lead?

Edge of Tomorrow is his worst movie? Have you seen Oblivion? Knight and Day?
Maybe its just me but i liked oblivion a lot more, forgot about knight and day because i haven't seen it. you're probably right on that.

matt damon was in my favorite movie (rounders) with edward norton but Tom Cruise's movie list is fcking crazy, probably beats my favorite actor (leonardo dicaprio) based on tom cruise's age, he has way way more movies since he is 10+ years in age

Will Smith was great in Training Day, Shawshank Redemption, Lethal Weapon, Pulp Fiction, Men in Black, Beverly Hills Cop, Blood Diamond, Beasts of No Nation, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Django Unchained, Creed, Rush Hour, San Andreas etc.

But the answer is Tom Cruise and it's not even close. He made the first Mission Impossible in 1996 when he was 34 years old. Do you know how much money he made from that movie? $70 million.

if you want to say that, then you have to also say that damon had the assistance of many a-list actors in most of his best movies, or else you are just a nit-picking *******. just lol at mentioning smith's extremely short and lulzy music career.

in reality, if you think damon has had a better movie career than smith you are either,

A: delusional or,
B: haven't seen many of smith's movies, which makes your comparison of the two mute to begin with.

smith's catalog(only the good ones are included/smith is also the main star in all of these movies):
bad boys
independence day
men in black series(only 1 and 2 were good though)
enemy of the state
wild wild west
ali
i, robot
hitch
the pursuit of happiness
i am legend
hancock
seven pounds
the book of eli

damon's catalog(only good ones included/damon is not the main star in most of these movies, so i don't consider them a full point):
rainmaker
good will hunting
saving private ryan
ocean's eleven series(clooney and pitt are the main stars in these movies, but the movies are classics so damon gets a plus for these.)
bourne series
the brother's grimm
the departed
the informant
elysium
the martian
interstellar

tom cruise and its not even close. based on sheer volume of movies and how long hes been around and in GOOD movies.

matt damon is next. the bourne series are in a category of their own but he doesnt have as many good roles or as much of a defined character type across his movies.

Will never understand the hate that EoT and Oblivion get. Compare those to some of Will Smith's utter bullchit like After Earth, Focus, Hitch and Independence Day or Bad Boys 2.

A much better comparison would be Cruise vs. DiCaprio vs. Christian Bale vs. Tom Hanks. (maybe throw in Johnny Depp too)

Cruise's worst movies are better than anything Damon and Smith have ever done.

And don't even say Interstellar or Saving Private Ryan or some other movie Damon only had a bit part in. We're talking starring roles. Those were Tom Hanks and Matthew Maconahey movies. I'd grudgingly give Smith MIB but he was really just Tommy Lee Jones sidekick.

Matt Damon is last no matter which way you cut it:

number of quality movies that he was the lead in, money, facial aesthetics, physique, fame.

He's always playing second fiddle to a bigger star.

Its the young ones dissin Cruise.

He was an A list actor back in the 90s.

Damon is like 2005+, Woll smoth too.

The fact that Tom Cruise is still putting out argueably better movies than Smoth and Damon is testament to his skill.

Cruise >>> Damon >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Smith

Oh I disagreed completely with EoT. That was a good ass movie. We don't even get many good movies nowadays, but that one would of held up in any era. Oblivion wasn't bad, but was fairly mediocre, had some good things about it, but also had some pretty bad flaws too. I honestly haven't seen Knight and Day, but that's notoriously one of Cruise's worst movies. Though I have yet to see Cruise literally in a bad movie.

Matt Damon I haven't seen in a bad movie either, but most of his best movies he was a supporting role, and not lead. Will Smith is one of my favorite actors but he has some of the worst movie choices. He has a number of bad or less than stellar movies. And all his best movies don't even hold up to Cruise or Damon's best, so he shouldn't even be compared here, honestly.

watch it. it's pretty entertaining,

it's like a exageration of mission impossible and kind of mocking how unrealistic it is, despite it it's still a great action movie.

cruise and cameron diaz have a great connection. I watched it on netflix despite the bad rating and didn't regreted one bit.

just goes to show sometimes you have to give things a chance
