A person is guilty of resisting arrest when he intentionally prevents or attempts to prevent a police officer or peace officer from effecting an authorized arrest of himself or another person.
Psychical force may be used to make arrest. Even if the arrest is unlawful you may not do anything to resist arrest including waving your arms or turning around to walk away.

Wow. I wonder what the criteria are to begin the arrest process legally. It hope it's not as arbitrary as that sounds.

Skateboarding is illegal in downtown area. Cops where chasing these kids for hours around the area and they kept running. Security guard has no right to say someone is allowed to do something illegal.

You could tell both cops became super butthurt when he couldn't even keep his own balances trying to toss a small teenager to the ground. If this wasn't on video I not be surprised if they tried to say the kid tackled the cop to the ground.

yeah, the kids spent hours running from these cops, you could tell by the fact that they didn't run when they saw the car pull up.
