Nothing to see here, it was a good shoot. Whether you agree with the traffic stop or not, it's an arrestable offense to fail to provide identification. Just take your citation and argue your side in court.

tons of cops pull chit like that all the time. Kid tried to do the cop a favor like other people did by telling him his lights are too bright and they pull you over after they already know why they got flashed? Gtfo.

Take the car to the shop and get the chit in regulation. You cant just drive around with blinding lights so bright people gotta flash you and then pull them over lmao.

How hypocritical of him to cite the driver for breaking the very same law that he was also violating. Just like many members of law enforcement, this creep considers himself superior to lowly citizens. Being stupid is not a justifiable excuse to kill somebody. Again, he should've provided his I.D. upon the officer's request, but the stop itself was for no other reason to satisfy the cop's massive ego.

The American judicial system is the cause of thousands of unnecessary deaths per year, and it is largely the result of unjust laws and cops who have zero accountability for their own actions. It is very rare for a law breaking officer to suffer the consequences of his own actions due in large part to the "blue shield." Despite these "investigations" police officers more often than not get off scot free for their poor behavior. The entire situation could have been prevented by both parties, but it was originally instigated by the officer who just couldn't bear the thought of a lowly pedestrian pumping up on him with those heinous high beams. Don't blame the driver for becoming aggressive after being threatened by an authoritarian psychopath. It natural human behavior to become defensive when confronted by something more powerful than itself. Especially for a teenager. Police officers should be held to a higher standard considering the amount of legal power they possess.

Not anti-cop, but they're known to try to make things looks worse to justify their actions. Stupid as fuk of the kid to attack him, but who knows how you'd react getting tazed on the ground for pretty much nothing. Animal instinct could take over.

cop pulled kid over for idiotic reason

kid made situation worse

cop escalated physically, then got escalated by the kid

cop shoots kid, kid dies

both parties are morans playing stupid games, unfortunately only one of them won the stupid prize

edit: would bet my next paycheck the cop hit himself several times after the situation was over before backup arrived, the thought of that flailing kid successfully landing multiple hard blows to his face is ridiculous

The driver could have easily avoided escalating it but the cop was way out of line. Pulling someone over for flashing high beams? Just lol, was this guy 12? Funny how so many people flex alpha and when some 17 year old kid has the balls to question abuse of authority, he deserved it. Pussies.

No sympathy from me. I got pulled over for the same reason once, showed the cops my papers and he let me go. Cops are human and they will give you the benefit of the doubt for the most part. If the kid showed him his papers he would've been let go with a warning most likely, instead he's dead.

Good shoot. SRS. Someone with a mentality like that could only cause problems. What is it with these coddled *******s who think they make their own rules?

I disagree with a lot of things police do, but I don't challenge the cop who is doing his job and his job being something I don't think I'd want, I'm not going to make his job harder. I'll do as he asks and then later go to the one's who made the policy and confront them about it.

Bottom line is there are ways to handle things, and ways not to handle things.

If that cop was pulling over people all ****ing night because people are flashing him cause they think he has high beams then he's a ****ing idiot. If so many people felt the need to do it..... Guess what... Maybe your lights might be too ****in bright. Lol at being so petty you need to pull someone over just to tell them it's anew squad car or whatever his ****in excuse is. There should never have been any traffic stop in the first place. That's the cops fault. Grow up. What a waste of payroll and tax payers money for a cop to be pulling over people for absolutely petty things like that.

The kid obviously was an idiot but this interaction should have never taken place at all... Let alone led to him being shot.

Also don't believe the kid managed to do that to him.


End of the day both parties were wrong but the cop is always going to be more in the wrong. No need to shoot some teenager esp when you pulled him over for some bullchit you know you are in the wrong for.

There are cops who know that alot of the police shootings are B.S. and have a genuine hope in their hearts to never use their gun.

Like they legitimately dislike the whole "blue wall of silence" thing and they don't like corruption and chit.

But there's nothing they can do about it.

When a cop kills a civilian, regardless of the details, he's 99% chance not doing any time. One cop even got a million dollars worth of donations for it.

I swear to God, they need like a screening process or something to keep all the sociopaths off the police force.

Its just sooooooo not normal and not right the way policing works in America.

I have been pulled over at least 20 times in my life for the most retarded, ****ed up reasons possible srs. All I do is show them my ID, keep my mouth shut and I got off with a warning EVERY SINGLE TIME. (dead srs)

If you create a problem, there will be a problem. I have no sympathy for retards who fail to keep their cool or try and act all entitled asking for badge numbers and ****.

Loooooooooooool. Reminds me of when I got pulled over and then searched for drugs because I swerved. The cop car was on the side of the road with half his wheel into the driving lane to force people to swerve or hit him.

If they hit him, he gets an arrest and wins. If they don't, he gets to pull them over and potentially find a DUI or drug offender and arrest them. If not, they get a random traffic ticket. No matter what, he 'wins'.

This is why people have no respect for police.
