Anyway, you are just making assumptions dude, if its **** ground beef, or if its uncooked this salsa that this that yadda yiddi mom's spaggethi... all i said its to wait until a proper review is out before calling the dude a fraud.
I'd say fair enough, but the problem is that Rich is a notorious fraud. Just because he admits to teching doesn't make him credible all of a sudden. With his physique he may as well admit to teching, make some youtube vids on the subject, and collect the proceeds (as he has done) and "honesty" points.

I'm calling the meals as I see them. Too good to be true and not adding up at all. If some credible reviews come out that prove the macros are possible then I'll retract my comments and give credit where it's due.

Inb4 as if Rich cares about some no-name Miscer and his comments. (that's not the point here)

If I was a single man I would do it in heartbeat. Don't have to go shopping and no choice but to eat healthy and the portions are already set. I'd do the keto one. Too convenient, unless money would be an issue for you.

if those macros are in fact wrong, the advertising commission could get him fined for false advertisement. all it needs is to be brought to their attention.

someone link it to Jason Bloho.

he'll make a video, he isn't a big fan of grandpa panini

I like to cook my own food because that is the only way to 100 percent know what you are putting into your body, people who dont want to cook are just plain lazy because its not hard.

Your calculations, genius, for the meatball meal would amount to about: 180g of cooked beef, 70g of cooked pasta and 35g of sauce.

Except there's obviously more pasta than beef in the meal. About two times more.

Edit:

Plus you're going full rich potato if you think those meatballs are 100% pure lean ground beef.
Actually, according to the label there is more ground beef than pasta. Ground beef is listed first. I'm not saying he isn't frauding, but it is not impossible nutrition according to the label. And considering the target audience this is one product where I would expect more body builder oriented portions.

Don't see why you would, takes maybe two or three hours once a week to prepare a weeks worth of food and will most likely be alot cheaper than ordering it all, and you'll be 100 percent certain you know exactly what you're getting out of the meal in terms of nutrition.

I mean you must be one busy **** to not be able to spare 2 or 3 hours once a week to cook some pasta/rice and meat.
