Disagree. Babies don't have glow. They have faces fat as f*ck. I mean it's youthful I guess but no glow.
The glow sets in around age 16 or so for females and then is gone by 25 usually.
Think of it more like a bell curve where when it starts the sharp peak up that's age 16 and when it ends that's age 25.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen glow fade and then return with bimodal peaks. Does anyone have any case studies of this occurrence? If so what age was each of the peaks observed? Glow could seems to be a 1 shot thing from what I have personally seen.

I have to politely disagree with the other young man's assertion that babies do not have glow. I posit that since the child and the mother obviously share similar glowton genetics (TGP Transference, Bad Lasagna 2016), that others who are not genetically related to the child do not see the potential glowton levels present.
Also , gentelmen, we should pause and consider the potential bio ethical implications on the horizon now that faux glow technology has increased greatley in it's ability to mimic and pro-long glowton half life. Should we not mark these individuals in society or should we let this push towards trans humanism -glowing continue?

If there are a fixed number of glowtons in the female body, how would said "Ugly Duckling" go from a low level of glowtons to seemingly increasing them??

I'd say the glow starts at 15, peaking at around 17 and then stays like that until about 20-25 depending on how lucky they are. Followed by a steady decline until about 30 and then a sharp skyfall where all glow dissipates at around 35 if they're lucky.
