Nvm...fk i just saw the exposed page for op...i am seriously considering quitting lifting. My friend Jake Gylenhaal tried to lie to me yesterday about these "expensive supplements" he used for Southpaw, but i know now that he's lying. Seems like every successful bulk turns out juicing. It definitely does cause unrealistic expectations among the less knowledgeable. I have a friend who is paying $800 for a personal trainer who is blatantly on tech. He thinks that he just has to eat clean and train hard for a few years to look like that.

I browsed through his old posts and by the look of it he has been consistently 'on' for coming up to 1 year now and only weighs 166 pounds with very poor development. He gives non-natty lifters a bad name.
