by reading the autopsy, he hit 7 times. 6 Bullets was still in his body and pretty much ****ed up all his internal organs, (liver, both lugns, kidneys, ribs, spine, etc etc) phuck he got even hit in the head and the bullet went down his neck.

I bet my next pay check that that cop isnt right in his head.

How did u get those wounds on your face?
cop: well, i pulled a 17 years old kid for nothing, he had smoked some weed and didnt want to give me his papers, so i tazed him and he attacked me and i shot him 7 times. After i saw how dead he was i had to do some damage to my face.

Rule #1: Do not attack a police officer. Doesn't matter if they are wrong and you're right, you'll be the one that gets buried.

You sue them after the fact for being a bunch of knuckle dragging idiots, that's how you legally attack the police.

The amount of idiots in today's society that do not know how to handle a traffic stop is disturbing. Even if you did nothing wrong, show the officer your damn license. Despite the belief of BLM and other delusional groups, every cop is not on some murdering power trip.

No way he should be allowed to be a cop anymore after letting the situation get that out of control. Not to mention the fact a 17 year old he just tazed kicked his ass.

Resisting at traffic stops always ends up with someone dead. Also when you fear for your life and someone is hitting you you are going to run or fight back. Both sides had their adrenaline pumping over some bullchit

He flashed his beams at the cop intentionally. I think it's fair to assume that falls under some kind of 'reckless driving' reasonable cause to be pulled over. Messing with people's vision on the road is not a good idea. Kid obviously thought he was cool antagonizing a cop. Wanted to act hard, was probably listening to 2pac in the car.

Got asked for his ID, still wanted to stick his chest out. Got arrested, made yet ANOTHER bad decision and attacked the cop.

Now he's dead.

Time to move on.

Potato cop gets flashed all night because his lights are too bright and instead of acknowledging it and taking the car to get it fixed or ignoring all the people flashing him he's pulling them all over. What if the cop pulled him over for what he perceived as flashing his brights but it was just a bump in the road? I'm not saying arguing with cops will lead anywhere good, but the cop should bare some responsibility.

I grant that it may have been reasonable to flash the lights at the cop. Maybe he unknowingly had his brights on, or perhaps as you said maybe the guy just went over a lil bump. In any case, if the guy pulls you over, just explain that to him and give him your ID if he asks for it. Cops are human, they make mistakes. People want to hold them to 'higher standards' but that's just not realistic and never will be. Cops are ordinary people, they're not "superpeople." They're human like anyone else and humans make mistakes, humans have bad days, some humans are dicks and some cops are dicks. Just cooperate and if he's really out of line you can follow up with it later. No need for that kid to be a tough guy. He wanted to be defiant, and now he's dead. I aint weepin for him.

half of this thread is retarded and doesn't realize this is the most important thing about the case

""cop says he had to pull over several people that night for doing the same thing to him"""

do you not understand this cop was on a power trip or what?

So you stupid fukks actually agree with and support cops being able to murder unarmed 17 years old who are resisting arrest?

Scenario: Youre on your way home to your wife and kids, cop pulls you over for a stupid reason.

Do you keep your mouth shut, let him do his business then be on your way in under 10 mins?

or

Give him sh*t, end up getting searched, arrested, thrown in jail, felony on your record, beat up or killed?

I think it's hilarious when people are vehemently pro gun because of civil liberty but think you should just give up all your rights as soon as a cop pulls you over. So cops should just be able to do whatever they want and get no resistance regardless of if they are acting within the scope of their duties or not? I don't even think you guys understand the ramifications of what you are supporting.

So you're willing to sacrifice your rights so that a cop doesn't illegally arrest you because of convenience but you have the gall to bring up the 2nd amendment LMAO

One of the easier to distinguish justified shootings. Kid was an absolute moron. Some of his idiot friends probably told him it's okay to defy law enforcement and his parents are to blame for this also. Does he talk to his teachers/parents like this also? Very easily avoidable if the KID changed his actions. Cop gave him more than enough chances to comply.

Lol in the article his brother said "Devon was following all of his commands" you wat m8 family is just as stupid as the kid.
