I'm sorry but there should be a bit more accountability...should her social media posts be made known to her employer? That's debatable.

HOWEVER, posting anything involving your work on social media..you should be fully ready to accept the consquences of any negative attention that it could draw to both YOU & the employer.

I can tell you working in the law field..we have every right to view any social media page if public, and even with subpoena's can access private media if related to the case at hand. Idiots on social media should be held accountable for what they post. No one is preventing you from speaking your mind..but there is no law against consequence/reprecussion.
