The "reply notification" is currently buried inside the "user CP folder", so you dont know if oyu got a rep, or a reply, and have to double click.

ANy chance you ca bring the replies page on the MAIN page and next to USER CP?

the front page is filled with nsfw threads. they are good threads but thats why im saying we need an nsfw section with anything legal allowed. behind a password and it wont bother anyone who doesnt want in there and wont mess with google ads.


also a good way to separate yourself from OG misc if OG misc actually returns, which it looks like its going to. id rather misc at a place that has good moderation from the crazies, but also allows nsfw and cursing and all that

Im having trouble viewing the 2nd page of many threads, even ones ive posted in.

I’m on on 50 posts per page, and the post will say there is 31+ posts, but I can’t navigate to the second page of the thread. It only shows page 1 of 1.

It’s not happening in this thread for some reason, just sometimes

Edit: it happened in this thread to after I posted. I couldn’t see my own post or past page one for a while. I can see my own post by clicking the little arrow next to my name as I was the most recent poster. But it says I’m on page 8 of 5.

Edit 2: i switched my settings from 50 posts per page to 30 and it seems to work now. I guess 50 post pp is broken

Thank you for creating this site and giving me access to my old account. I noticed my post count went up around ~4000 posts when it was reinstated. Not sure if this is an issue on the backend or some sort of archiving issue, but I wanted to point it out as an FYI.

On old misc I did delete posts, but I am guessing around ~200 on the high end. Only other thing I can think of is other people might have deleted threads where I posted and you had already archived those threads? Not sure, but just wanted to point it out given it is a pretty high discrepancy.

I hate how when you "rate" a thread with stars, you never know if it "took" or what.

Every time I give a thread stars, I usually have to click the star 4-5 times, F5, and do it a few times, before it seems to register. THere is no way for it to show the vote has been accepted, sometimes I don't think it even goes through in browsers, as it barely registers you doing anything when hovering over the stars.


Tiny thing, but something to make better, so we can actually use the star system to know if most people hate a thread or not.

I haven't had time to figure out a thread icon system, but the current one is so backwards I don't even use it. having posted in a thread looks identical to a thread you never posted in, can't tell which threads you are active in, and the small dot is counter-intuitive, if anything unvisited threads should be a bland/blank icon, once you visit, it should add more color or items to the icon, depending on interaction level.

So not visiting is a bland icon
Having entered a thread, it should have a little more to it
Having posted in a thread should have even MORE notification color
Having posted in a thread, but someone else posts (NOT quoting you) should have more stuff to the icon
Having posted in and having a REPLY should be the largest notification.


Here, I threw this together to show what I mean, how as more things happen the icon gets more and more "busy" and noticeable, so you can tell if someone posted AFTER you, vs someone QUOTED you.
THe blue shit is just a rough guess by me to show how something "extra" is added. The more busy the icon is, the more relevance it has to you.

I have requested accounts to be deleted and nothing has happened. Is that feature just a meme?

Horrible idea. Many users are not red because of the quality of their post but due to certain users targeting them with neg because they dislike them and/or are trolls. Also if you implement this system, it will just encourage more high, rep users to abuse the current system by threatening people with negs in order to prevent them from making threads. This essential devolves the forum down into being run by a handful of users.

For example, the user Expatriot regularly stalks my profile and if he sees that i am green at all, he negs me red.
