If AI is so good, why have we not sent it to explore space?

Essentially it cannot die. If this thing is so good it's able to replace human jobs surely it would be used as a deep space explorer, yet you never here anyone talking about this because deep down everyone knows AI is scam. The pinnacle of it's value is creating digital media and that's about all it can do.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

It's a very very improved google search though.

Before if I wanted to do something like a DIY home repair or cook a new recipe, I'd have to dig through lots of sources and filter out all the BS. Now when I ask AI, it compiles and gets me roughly the right answer immediately with 1 prompt.
