are u worried about any potential damage caused by u in ur earlier life when u were a lot heavier and did not eat properly and took PEDs ? i see a lot of older guys really going all in on healthy lifestyle trying to be as light as possible to allow the heart an easier time also eating clean and drinking loads of water to try and recoup some health later in life
