Anyone else not have a license?

I know how to drive (I think), but never had access to a car to drive or learn and didn’t have money to pay for the license or car or gas etc.

Now I live in Asia and don’t need one cause can take cheap rides around in china/vietnam or take public transport

I’m 32, is this bad?

have an aunt that didn't get license until like 45. my grandpaw took her to work at a bank 2 miles away...finally got her license not long after her job moved about 15 miles away. bought a new 90s corolla and drove it until about 2016/400k miles.
