He appears like a male version of those women who get extreme plastic surgery trying to look like some celebrity.

But it's even worse for men because men arent supposed to care THAT much about their appearance. I mean yeah, keep well groomed, stay in shape. A hair transplant is fine, thats more about keeping the identity youve always had. But like, getting surgery on every part of your face and body so that nobody can "cheek mog" or "eyebrow mog" or "chin mog" you etc is kinda very insecure and feminine. Women fawn over those things online but in real life it makes no difference. In the real world they want men with personality, ability and mobility far more than they want some insignificant beta crying in the mirror about whether hes cute enough, or some insignificant beta who went out and got artificially extreme cheek dimples.

I can tell you that as someone who used to get hung up on that shit myself. Until I took a look around at what the reality actually is.
