Casual walking is the secret to a healthy life.

Blows my mind how many normie npcs simply can't find the time or effort to do this. And then they wonder why they are fat, or why they get cancer. I literally saw a woman drive out of her driveway and straight into the supermarket carpark next door when she could have walked the 30 seconds there. And no she wasn't disabled.

Lifting is a bonus but 90% of peoples health problems would be prevented or solved if they just walked around their neighbourhood or to the park or grocery store for at least an hour per day. Your spine will thank you. Your neck will thank you. Your pelvic floor will thank you. That feeling of looseness as you feel the stiffness and soreness subside is is amazing. Dusk or dawn are the GOAT times. If your job involves casual, sustained walking you have it made.


I don't care if you live in the ghetto, just carry. If you have hours on end to misc, you have time to walk.
