“Take your hands out of your pockets” is NOT a lawful order.

“Sit down on the ground over here” is NOT a lawful order.

“Let me search your vehicle” is NOT a lawful order.

“Put that cigarette out” is NOT a lawful order.

They are bullshit attempts cops use to exert authority they simply do not have. Often times they will throw “for officer safety” on there to make it seem lawful but that doesn't change a thing. It’s really just them being neurotic searching for a certain feeling of “power”.

The two cases you want to pay attention to concerning “officer safety” are Terry V Ohio, and PA V Mems.

Terry V Ohio created the “pat down”. If an officer has reasonable articulable suspicion you are armed AND dangerous, they can conduct a pat down of the exterior of your clothing to feel for objects that could be weapons.

PA V Mems gives officers the right to order you to exit a vehicle for officer safety. This is clearly misused often, but it will almost always hold up in court.

In both situations, the cop still needs reasonable articulable suspicion a crime is being committed to exert any authority over you.

If you are the passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over for a lawful reason, you would have to get out of the vehicle if the cop asks, but you would not have to ID yourself because the driver did something wrong.

You never have to let a cop search anything. Even if they have legal justification, you should still withhold your consent to search anything.

“Roll your window down all the way” could be a lawful order in some situations depending on the state.

“Reasonable articulable suspicion” is a legal standard that requires more than just a feeling. Often times cops develop it after the fact, it is important to ask them on the scene what their RAS is if they are making demands of you. Know your rights and put pigs in their place. You are more worthy than allowing yourself to be bossed around by pussy ass bullies.

You can say anything you want to a cop as long as it isn’t a “true threat”. You can and should inform them of these legal standards and your rights. You are allowed to talk over them, words cannot be interference or obstruction and speaking to a cop however you want constitutionally protected behavior. If they violate your rights and you do not educate them, you cannot hold them accountable after the fact due to qualified immunity. You can get your case (if there is one) thrown out easy, but you can’t do anything to the cop after. You actually have to have the argument with the cop on the scene. That may be a little advanced for you obedient cucks, but I recommend it.

Most people, regardless of race, just don’t know how to do it correctly.

If you can lawfully piss a cop off to the point where he kicks fuck out of you it's a seven figure payout.

So you really can't lose following IronManlet's advice here.

It is very easy to piss off cops. All you have to do is respectfully evoke your civil liberties. Their central nervous systems detect an existential threat because they literally identify with the imaginary power of the badge. They literally lose control. Because they are pussies.

Every single department across America has standard operating procedure that compels law informant officers to identify themselves when asked. The ego will take over and they will say “right here” and point to their name tag. Because they are pussies. When they do that, they should be directly called a pussy, because that is what they are. I also like to go after the male ego in this scenario. Not only do I acknowledge their policy, I also throw in some form of “You think you can exert authority over me but you are too pussy to identify yourself? It seems you are not confident in your position.”

Also, if you ask for a supervisor they have to call one. Often times, to try to save face they will use some form of “I don’t have a supervisor/I am the supervisor”. This is not accurate and violates their written procedures.

Once you start exerting authority over them by making them do things they have to, like identify themselves or call a supervisor, and they can’t do what they want to you because you know and enforce your rights, they become your toy. They will escalate the situation. They will lose control of themselves in order to gain the appearance of control they so strongly desire. You can get them to use unnecessary and excessive force against you. If you do this correctly you can get huge payouts. Remember that is tax payer money though.

Even without a law suit, you can still do a lot of damage to pigs who need to be taught their place. You can get them fired, arrested, written up etc. Of course many departments will end up protecting unlawful violations of civil liberties simply to protect themselves, and the thin blue line is very real. I mean it is a conscious choice, not just a subconscious bias that manifests in behavior. They can’t hold themselves accountable. Simple as that. I recommend the law suit and significant publicity as leverage when trying to hold pigs accountable for tyrannical behavior.

Officer training and disciplinary records, their payroll, body camera footage, radio calls made, recorded phone calls to the dispatch, any reports ran…. It is all public information and they have to legally provide it to you under the Freedom of Information Act. You don’t need a lawsuit or even any reason to get this information. It already belongs to you. Additionally if a law enforcement officer uses their personal phone in the line of duty, that communication becomes public information and is legally required to be protected.

If an officer is retaliating against you for evoking your civil liberties, which they do, and they call or message someone trying to figure how they can “get you” even more. Like trying to fish for statue violations or looking up laws to arrest you for and then build the reasonable articulable suspicion after the fact (or “reverse engineer” the charges), they can be indicted by the federal government for felony conspiracy charges. The government actually takes violations of civil liberties seriously.

I recommend knowing your rights and enforcing them. Having personal boundaries is a good thing for any human to do. Cops are good practice.

Houston V Hill is Supreme Court precedence protecting citizen’s first amendment rights of free speech and governmental redress when they engage with law enforcement officers.

It gives citizens the leeway to be verbally expressive, including “verbally aggressive”. They can swear at cops, they can call cops names. According to the ruling, the law enforcement officer is expected to understand the emotional stress and anticipate various forms of free speech. They are required to exhibit a higher degree of emotional restraint.

You can literally get pissed off, take it out on them, and it is their job to sit there and take it.

Of course we know that is impossible for cops. What is funny, is that by directly quoting law like this to cops is the best way to protect your rights, and piss them off at the same time lol.

If you’re interacting with a cop and they were not listening to you, it would be completely legal to start putting on a pair of gloves and say “this would go a lot easier if you just cooperate with me”.
